The GVSU Anthropology Department invites applications for a non-tenure track, visiting faculty position beginning in the fall semester 2017. The Department teaches a four-field undergraduate curriculum, and a successful candidate will have teaching experience in archaeology and one other subfield of anthropology and will be expected teach primarily introductory 200 level general education courses, and possibly upper level courses. Classes may include Origins of Civilization, Introduction to Archaeological Methods and Human Origins. Geographic area is open.
