Archaeology Curator
Summary: The Archaeology Curator is part of the Archaeology collections team and represents collections within the Curatorial Department, to the organization, and to its site network across the State of Ohio. Time is divided between researching, interpreting, and advocating for Ohio History Connection's large collection of pre- and post-contact Archaeology collections and acquiring, inventorying, processing, and cataloging collections. Archaeology Curators work with staff and partners to balance preservation of the collections and archaeological features managed by the organization with access to those items and places for tribal members, researchers, and members of the public.   Essential Functions: Increase access to
