The Archaeology Program invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track appointment in archaeological materials and ancient technologies at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin in July 2026. We seek an archaeological scientist with expertise in material science and its application to the analysis of archaeological objects and the reconstruction of ancient technologies, as well as the theoretical frameworks that underlie the reciprocal relationships between science, technology, and culture.
